Although not stated on the price list, any pre-paid item will receive a RM20 discount (Hot Toys/Sideshow Collectibles/Enterbay only) and RM10 discount for other items.

How Do We Ship or Sell?
Robotica Toys has vast experience in shipping toys to avid collectors. Here is how we do it.
1. FREE G-DEX shipping to P.Malaysia. Arrive the next business day. *Not applicable for large items.
2. FREE DOMESTIC REGISTERED shipping to E.Malaysia. Arrive within 7 business days.
3. All shipment going out of Robotica Toys will receive bubble wrapping and cardboard boxes for the extra protection.
4. Tracking Number are available for all shipment from Robotica Toys.
5. There would be no exchange of goods for shipping unless requested to be check before shipped.
6. Products which are faulty, can be exchanged 1 to 1 if there stock or min 2-3 weeks for supplier exchange. If all else fails, money would be refunded.

Our Perception in Collectibles Condition:
Mint in Sealed Box (MISB):
Item has never left the box for any reason. There is still a factory seal on the box. Seal is not seen tempered. Box condition should be above 8/10 to meet this category. If item is able to be viewed from a clear box display, item must not show sign(s) of damage.
Mint in Box (MIB):
Item has left the box for inspection or either cabinet display. Item has never used harshly or exposed to hazardous conditions that would harm the item. Item is kept back in the box. Box and item condition should be above 7/10 to meet this category.
Back in Box (BIB):
Item has left the box for displayed and used. There is signs of usage and item might not be as mint. Item is then kept back in box. Box and item condition should be above 6/10 to meet this category.
